Operating Hours

We are evening & weekend florist. Operating as requested & based on incoming orders.

Ordering Policy

All orders have to be made at least 2 days in advance. This is to ensure that we are able to produce the best handcrafted flowers just for you. As for urgent orders, you may contact us by email or Instagram, subject to availability.

Do note that when ordering on our website, you will receive a confirmation email as we obtained your order. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a confirmation email, kindly ensure you have successfully completed all the steps in the checkout your basket.

Payment Options

Please note that all prices quoted are in Singapore dollar (SGD).
We accept credit/debit card payments, Apple pay, Google pay and PayNow.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payment upon delivery/collection.
We seek your understanding that full payment must be made to confirm your order.

For payment via PayNow, kindly confirm your payment by sending proof of transaction to helloclueless@gmail.com

• We will start preparing your order once payment is received.
• Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours. 

Delivery

Doorstep delivery is chargeable at $15 per location, and will be delivered between 10am to latest 7pm.
Kindly provide the recipient's name, FULL address (i.e. building name, block number, unit number and postal code), time and date upon checkout.

If there is more than one delivery location, kindly make a new order.

As much as we want to ensure your loved ones are able to receive our handcrafted flowers, we will not be held responsible for any late/missed deliveries under the following conditions:
1. Incorrect address provided
2. Recipient not available at time/place of delivery
3. Invalid contact details (i.e. recipient/sender) provided
4. Recipient did not answer his/her phone

In the unfortunate event that the delivery is unsuccessful (i.e. no recipient present), we will do our best in contacting the sender and we will either:
(i) leave the flowers at the door; or
(ii) redeliver at an extra charge of $15.
Kindly note that we are not liable for any damage to the flowers when left at the door, so please work with us to ensure that someone can receive the flowers!

We are sorry that we are unable to deliver to:
1. Tuas Area
2. Jurong Island
3. Sembawang Shipyard
4. All Army camps
5. All PSA Ports

As for deliveries to Sentosa Island and Changi Airport, deliveries will be charged at $30.

Self-Collection / Pick Up

We are located in Toa Payoh area.
Self-collection / pick up is available free of charge*

*Kindly specify your preferred pick up date before checkout. We will try to accommodate your request, however timing will be by appointment only. We will contact you via email and the contact number provided when you placed your order to arrange for self collection.

 

Refunds and Cancellation

In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order, please DM us on Instagram, Whatsapp or drop us an email =/.

We seek your understanding that all cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

However, please note that refund will not be possible if the flowers has been made.

Terms and Condition

We reserve the rights to refuse any orders as we deem fit.

Due to seasonality of flowers and the hand-crafted nature selections of our products, the products received may differ slightly from what is shown here on this site or on our Instagram.

Any participation of our services on this site will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Recipients are responsible for inspecting the products upon receiving them. There will no refunds made once the recipient has accept the flowers.

Caring for preserved flowers

Preserved flowers are 100% genuine flowers that have undergone a meticulous preservation process that allows it to remain fresh looking for at least a year, and with with proper care, up to 3 years.

Some useful tips:
Best kept in a cool & dry place, away from direct sunlight
For keeping it looking fresh, gently dust off using a soft duster/brush
